Last Minute Trip
Stumbled across this place when planning a last minute few days in Alton Towers.
It’s not on the doorstep (fairly straightforward 40 min drive), but a real handy base and easy to get to from main road.
And compared to the hotels and Air B&B’s that are closer, was excellent value.
Jeanie, our host was incredibly friendly and responsive, and provided crystal clear instructions on how to find the place, which given that it’s in a new build estate and not yet on Google Maps etc, was really helpful.
House itself was beautiful, immaculately clean and fully stocked with everything you would ever need. Even stuff that you’d normally either have to pack, or nip out to the shop to pick up such as loo roll, washing up liquid, salt and pepper etc.
There is a little parade of shops as you enter the estate, including a Co-Op, a chippy, pizza shop and a pub – all a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend this place.

Yes, all of our properties have dedicated off-road parking for 2 vehicles. Parking is often critical when you want to stay for an extended time away, and you want the peace of mind to know that whatever time your day finishes, there is a parking space waiting for you.
Hotels are good for one night, and the requirement is to book a single room. For groups of multiple guests, serviced accommodation is more cost-effective. You share a single house, with multiple bedrooms, with all the comforts and facilities you would expect at home.
Our accommodation is set up to be your home from home, whether for a few nights away or longer stays.
Our kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need for stays ranging from a few days to 28+ days.
Our kitchens, as a minimum, have

- Pod coffee machine

Wi-Fi and Internet access is in each property, and is free to use. We will share the password ahead of your arrival and upon your arrival, along with directions. For ease, each property also has a QR code displayed so you can scan it to connect most phones automatically to the Wi-Fi.

Our Burton upon Trent properties are in locations across the town, all with easy access to railway, road and public transport.
Our Derby properties are a short walk from the railway station and close to the centre of Derby in a quiet residential estate.
